  • are independent in the gym but need a programme to follow and challenge themselves;

  • are working towards a specific goal and need a programme to stay on track: and/or they are getting somewhere.

  • are seeking a more affordable option.

You will receive:

  • a personalised programme tailored to your availability and external commitments;

  • a 1-1 call every 3 weeks to tackle any problems and accountability;

  • progress pictures and weight tracking for documentation;

  • built in messaging system for queries and form checking;

  • weight tracking and a meal plan so you know what to eat/when to eat.

Online 1-1 Coaching

Sometimes you will not be able to make it into the gym in person but you can still train with me: Zoom sessions are available to make sure you stay on top of your goals.

This is Best for:

  • Clients working from home and

  • On holiday but who wish to keep up their routine and progress;

  • Checking form and technique (recommended in combination with personalised online coaching).
